• We will be glad to repair or replace any unused merchandise with a manufacture defects.
• We are not responsible for any damaged merchandise due to the misusage of the customers.
• Heavily/long term used merchandise may not be returned.
• No cash refunds. We will give out credits only.
• All cancellation after shipping will receive a 10% restocking fee.

For all returning items, R/A number must be required first. Be sure to ship by insured, traceable mail. Please include a note with address and daytime phone number along with the copy of your sales receipt and packing slip.
